Verity Legal Recruiters adheres to the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism. All candidate communications are held in strict confidence. We maintain information about candidates, and communications with clients and candidates in the strictest of confidence. We convey communications from clients to candidates and vice versa, only when expressly authorized to do so.


 



Candidate Services

Verity Legal Recruiters provides attorneys with an invaluable service. We provide the ability to make discreet inquiries into new opportunities while protecting your current position within the legal community. Verity Legal Recruiters invests the time to locate opportunities appropriate to your background and desires in a new position. We then confidentially arrange interviews and assist you in the interview process.

Other services we provide to our candidates include:  

  • All candidates are provided with a copy of our proprietary, Interviewing handbook, "Secure Your Success", which outlines the do & don’ts of the interview process.
  • Each candidate is provided with an “Interview Prep Sheet” prior to each step of the interview process. This prep sheet includes all the pertinent interview information including attorney biographies and questions most likely to be asked.
  • Verity Legal Recruiters will schedule a pre-interview prep session either in person or over the phone. Our experience has demonstrated that these sessions help alleviate interview “jitters” and prepare the candidate for a successful interview.
  • Verity Legal Recruiters will negotiate salary and other tangibles on your behalf after consulting with you.
  • We will assist in negotiating other intangibles after you have accepted an offer such as vacation days, etc.
